Returns & Refunds
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to any jurisdiction’s conflicts of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms and conditions, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter it contains. This agreement may be modified only by our posting of changes to these terms and conditions, or by a writing signed by both parties.
These policies are in addition to other HEX Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
EMPTY BAG GUARANTEE
We believe in our product. A lot. In fact, we’re offering a guarantee: if you use the whole bag of detergent on one set of laundry items and you’re not satisfied with the results, we’ll refund your purchase. For more information, please visit the HEX Empty Bag Guarantee page.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, & DAMAGED PRODUCT
We want you to have a great experience every single time you use HEX. To that end, we have an unlimited cancellation and return period. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason at any time, we want to know and we want to make things right!
We do everything we reasonably can to prevent damage to an item, but during shipping and on-shelf, things can happen that are beyond our control. In the event of a damaged HEX product, we will replace and ship a replacement product free of charge.
In the event of a cancellation, return, or damaged item, we may ask for more information including (but not limited to) where the product was purchased, which product was purchased, how it was used, what it was used on, related photos, etc. This is for us to get to the bottom of what happened, to get the information we need to make our products and services better, and most importantly to make things right with you.
We may also ask for product and/or damaged items to be shipped back to us. If this happens, we will replace or provide equal compensation for the items shipped to us. We will either reimburse the cost of shipping or provide prepaid shipping labels for this purpose at our discretion.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING CHARGES
Because we want to get the most HEX product your hands for the best price, we’ve put a flat rate shipping policy in place. For any order under $25, we only charge a flat rate of $7.50USD to ship it. We believe this is consistently lower than what carriers are charging. But we get it – shipping can still be expensive!
That’s why we offer free shipping on as much as we can: on orders of $25 or more. So you get more great products and less shipping charges.
HEX currently delivers to the United States and Canada only. Flat rate and free shipping are both US only promotions.
