If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Period. End of sentence. In fact, if you’re dissatisfied with HEX for any reason, our founder himself wants to make it right. Email us at helpmehex@hexperformance.com so we can get you taken care of and pass the feedback to Drew.

One thing though: Please remember that traditional laundry detergents actually leave a fair amount of damage and residue behind. For this reason, we ask that you wash your items in HEX several times to give it a chance to work its magic (translation: science) to remove odors and protect from future abuse.
